Mindfulness Introduction – Oxford Mindfulness Foundation

This is a 3-session introductory course (1 hour per week) designed by the Oxford Mindfulness Centre.

The course offers a gentle introduction to the core concepts of Mindfulness. Due to the shorter format, there is less participant interaction compared to longer programs, making it a good first step before committing to deeper training.
